Production management

Smart factory

We established the material management system by giving codes for all the required materials, work in process and production process.

It is available not only to reduce the unnecessary material waste, but also to control an inventory properly through the material planning for the complete product production and user can check the process status at a glance. We also strictly control and supervise the quality based on the CHECK SHEET.

Machining

We operate ultra-precision machine tools to perform quick and precise machining.

We are producing high-quality products quickly and precisely based on 5-Axes Control Machining Center, 4-Axes Control Machining Center and CNC Lathe.

Heat-treatment

Heartman has been carrying out the heat-treatment all by itself to make the fuel injection parts endure for a long time under the harsh environment of the high temperature and high pressure.

We have been carrying out the heat-treatment for the special high-strength materials all by itself to make the fuel injection parts endure for a long time under the hard environment of the high temperature and high pressure which occurs when the fuel explodes inside the diesel engine cylinder. Heartman has various heat-treatment equipments such as Carburizing, Gas nitriding, Vacuum system, Sub-zero treatment (sub-zero: -70 ~ -120°C) according to raw material type by applying material suitable for the role of fuel injection engine parts. We are maximizing the quality and durability of products by conducting the proper heat-treatment.

Grinding

We use precision grinding equipments to implement ultra-precision size
within 1㎛ after heat-treatment.

We proceed the honing and lapping to improve surfaceroughness and high precision after grinding precisely using our precision grinding equipments.
With these honing and lapping processes enable the implementation of the size less than 1μm that cannot be controlled even by micro-grinding, and the surface roughness can be implemented less than RA0.05.

AFM & Flow test

To ensure that all products have the same performance as the original product, we are conducting Abrasive Flow Machining(AFM) to improve the spray condition of the nozzles and to ensure that they are sprayed uniformly at the optimal value.

The main goal of injection nozzle quality control is to realize optimal engine condition and sustainable performance by ensuring that the fuel injection volume and injection pressure of injecting and exploding nozzle from each cylinder of the diesel engine is equal to the volume of fuel in all cylinders.
We conduct the Abrasive Flow Machining until the same amount of fuel is injected so that all products have the same performance as the original product, thereby improving the spray condition of the nozzles so that the products can be used in combination with the original products.

Special coating

We have developed and applied a special high-strength coating suitable for injection parts through the technical alliance with a specialized German coating company.

To maximize the lifetime of the fuel injection core parts(Plunger, Needle) even under the hard conditions of high temperature/high pressure occurring inside the diesel engine cylinder, and it has been improved to withstand thermal deformation and abrasion for a long time at high temperature/high pressure than other company’s general coating.

Quality

We are trying to ensure perfect quality based on quality top priority policy for customer
satisfaction.

We are conducting self-inspection of all processes with the philosophy that the best quality is our survival and the vision that we leap into the world class products.
We also meet the requirements for products through self-inspection of each process and cutting product(Check internal & heat-treatment condition, structure, core hardness, etc.) in each production batch, and we are trying to supplying quality-guaranteed products to our customers by conducting quality and performance tests for all products before shipment.

Reverse Engineering & 3D Modeling

Through the precision measurement based on technical data and know-how, we can realize the reverse-engineering drawing of 3D shape with only the samples received from our customers and complete the design to ensure the optimum condition and the best quality.

Based on consistently accumulated technical data and know-how, we can realize the reverse-engineering drawing with only the samples received from our customers and complete the design to ensure optimal condition and best quality.
In addition, we shorten the process of data development through the reverse-engineering that generates modeling data of the product without drawing and products developed with our reverse-engineering technology are being exported to customers around the world with reasonable prices as a reliable alternative brand.

Test

To ensure the perfect quality of products, we are fully equipped with various test facilities.

We are pursuing customer satisfaction and supplying quality-guaranteed products to our customers by conducting quality and performance tests for all products before shipment.

Ultra-precision measurement

We are conducting measurements 10 times more precisely(Ultra-submicron precision
measurement process) than before by introducing 0.1㎛(0.0001mm) measuring device to
produce the product that requires 1~2㎛ of clearance.
